December 2012 UPDATE
Hello Friend!
Can’t even begin to believe that Christmas is here again.
What a year 2012 has been. For my family, it has probably been
the most challenging year we’ve ever faced. You see, my mom passed
away May 3rd of this year. I know for me personally, at times I’ve been
emotionally spent. But, through it all God has been right there
with me every step of the way. His Word says that we would face many
obstacles and challenges as we do this thing called “life”. But you know
what? If we keep reading, it says that He WOULD NEVER ever leave
us…no matter what! When we can’t walk, He’ll carry us.
His promises are true. I know from experience.
2012
I have so enjoyed seeing many of you on the road this past year.
We have put quite a few miles on the van and trailer this year.
Hope to log many more in ’13.
My songs DAYS and THE HARVEST have done well on radio this year.
Please continue to call and request my stuff.
It sure helps out in so many ways!
2013
Looking forward to great things ahead for this coming year.
To paraphrase a song I’ve heard before…
“there’s reason to believe that this year, (2013), will be better
than the last…(2012)”.
I sure don’t know what’s just down the road,
but God does…and I choose to trust Him.
You do the same!
House Concerts
Here’s a new idea for me…
Do you have a piano? One that never gets played…?
Let me come and do a ‘house-concert’ for you and your friends
sometime in 2013. For info, email me here: info@channingeleton.com
In the meantime, knock the dust off that old baby grand or upright… 🙂
